Abstract
The available information on the electrochemical properties of arsenic and its inorganic compounds is generalized. Processes of practical value are co nsidered. These include the formation of free arsenic from solutions as a s olid phase in the form of powder or galvanic coatings; the synthesis of ars ine, arsenic acid, and arsenates; and use of electrochemical techniques for the waste water purification.
