Abstract
An approach is proposed for the simulation of potential-pH diagrams wh ich takes into account deviations of oxide composition from stoichiome try. The model of regular solid solution is used for the analysis of e lectrochemical thermodynamics of thallous ion (oxide)-thallic oxide-th allium superoxide (peroxide) system. Potential values corresponding to certain compositions of the product of Tl2O3 anodic oxidation are pre dicted. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
