Abstract
We present measurements on nanoelectromechanical systems fabricated in semi conductor materials suited for operating frequencies in the radio band. We demonstrate how to achieve parametric frequency tuning of nanoelectromechan ical resonators required for radio frequency sensor and communication appli cations.
