Abstract
The paper discusses recovering data that have been encrypted for security o r for some other purpose. A pair of matrices is constructed, one of which i s intended for the encryption and the other for decoding the data block. In itial conditions are formulated that rule out data loss during the encrypti on and decryption. Solutions are obtained that give a recurrent procedure f or generating the encryption matrix and the corresponding decryption one, I t is shown to be possible to algorithmize the matrix construction for given dimensions using smaller submatrices.
