Abstract
The critical nucleation radius is 2.8 nm obtained from calculation with the rmodynamic method. If the nucleus caused by fluctuation is less than 2.8 mn , the nucleus will not grow up. Though the thermodynamic analysis is semi-i deal, it is effective. We find a solution system in which the nucleation do es not take place uniformly, but does on the surfaces of different solid ph ases. It gives a feasibility theoretically for titanate being coated unifor mly with silica nanofilm and a single phase of silica not being formed.
