Performance measures for library networked services and resources

The paper presents performance indicators for the library's electronic serv ices. Traditional performance indicators were meant for libraries with prin t collections and lending services. In several projects and international c ooperation indicators have been developed for library networked resources a nd services. The paper describes the problems of data collection and gives definitions for the electronic collection and the different steps of using electronic services.
