Abstract
The 5th ESPRIT Workshop on the Characterization and Growth of Thin Die lectrics in Microelectronics was held in Blarney, Co. Cork, Ireland, o n 24th and 25th November 1993. The workshop is organized by the Irish National Microelectronics Research Centre (NMRC) on behalf of the cons ortium involved in ESPRIT Project 2039, 'Advanced PROM Building Blocks (APPB)'.
