Abstract
We present a case of double prosthetic replacement of the right pulmonary a rtery and superior vena cava combined with upper sleeve bilobectomy for a l imited pT4N1 adenocarcinoma occurring in a patient with poor pulmonary rese rve, which, to the best of our knowledge, has never been reported before.
