Abstract
A residue of a Siegel Eisenstein series is expressed as an integral of a ce rtain theta function. This identity is a refinement of the regularized Sieg el-Weil formula given by S. S. Kudla and S. Rallis. The proof is carried ou t by comparing the Fourier coefficients of maximal rank of the both sides.
