Abstract
We describe a neonate with tricuspid atresia, absent pulmonary valve, right ventricular hypoplasia, small ventricular septal defect, left ve ntricular outflow tract obstruction and a patent arterial duct. These findings were diagnosed by echocardiography and confirmed by cardiac c atheterization and postmortem examination. This is a unique report of a functionally single ventricle variant of absent pulmonary valve synd rome and biventricular outlet obstruction.
