Abstract
We report two cases of localised hypertrophy of semimembranous muscle in yo ung athletes diagnosed with ultrasonography, now color-Doppler and MRI. The symptomatic case had the resolution of the pain after one month rest. At o ne year follow-up both cases are still asymptomatic, without any further in crease of the hypertrophyc masses.
