Abstract
This report describes an asymptomatic patient with a DDDR pacemaker system (Inos Cls, Biotronik) that showed intermittent mode reversion to VOO and so metimes to VVI without a detectable source of electromagnetic interference and oversensing. Patients with this Biotronik model should be carefully ass essed along with a surface ECG before placing the programming head.
