Congenital hypoplasia of lumbosacral articular process: a supplementary case litterature review and therapeutic proposition

Congenital hypoplasia of the lumbosacral process is an uncommon cause of re current lumbalgia. The 37 cases reported in the literature illustrate the c omplexity of the pathological implications of these anomalies. We report an other case and our diagnostic methodology. We propose lumbosacral arthrodes is which provided complete relief in our patient. This satisfactory outcome has been maintained at one year.
