Abstract
The adsorption immobilization of glucoamylase on granular and fibrous ampho teric ionites was studied. The sorption capacity of various ion-exchangers with respect to glucoamylase was determined for various ionic forms of the ampholytes as a function of the concentration of the enzyme in solution. Th e functional groups of the active site of the immobilized enzyme molecule w ere identified.
