Abstract
Experimental results on the decay of the photoconductivity of polyaniline f ilms after a laser pulse at temperatures of 120-300 K were examined. The fi lms were cast from solutions of polyaniline (in the form of emeraldin base, EB) in formic acid (FA) or in N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP). The Photoconducti vity Of EB-FA films at T < 220 K and EB-NMP films at T < 300 K was closely approximated by the Mott formula sigma (ph)(T, t) approximate to B(-2)T(-0. 5)exp(-B/T-0.25) for hopping-mode conduction with variable hop length. The time dependence of the parameter B at the end of the laser pulse was determ ined.
