Abstract
The heat effects of solution of crystalline D,L-alpha -alanyl-D,L-alpha -al anine in water and in potassium hydroxide solutions were calorimetrically m easured at 298.15 K. The standard enthalpies of formation of D,L-alpha -ala nyl-D,L-alpha -alanine and the products of its dissociation in an aqueous s olution were calculated.
