The cervical lymph nodes are a common site of metastasis for cancers origin
ating in the upper aerodigestive tract. Rarely, cancers originating from si
tes other than the head and neck can metastasize to the cervical lymph node
chain. We report on 2 recent patients with metastatic prostate cancer to t
