Abstract
Three patients with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and recurrent vu lvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) underwent sertraline therapy (Tresleen, a sele ctive serotonin-reuptake inhibitor; Pfizer) for PMDD. During sertraline int ervention, patients had no recurrent episodes of acute VVC. Antifungal acti vity was observed for sertraline against various isolates of Candida specie s.
