Abstract
The simplified synthesis of a portion of Globo-H hexasaccharide, a sacchari de antigen overexpressed by breast cancer cells, and its conjugation to two different immunogenic proteins are described, The conjugated vaccines, eva luated in a preclinical model, showed good immunogenic potential.
