Abstract
Microcalorimetry was first applied to investigating sub-cell organ, Th e metabolism of mitochondria and sub-mitochondria, and the effect of l accase on sub-mitochondria were studied by microcalorimetry, Their met abolism thermokinetic parameters were obtained by the MTD equation and evolutionary optimization, It is found that the metabolism rate const ant and the heat of mitochondria are almost the same as that of sub-mi tochondria, and laccase may enormously speed the metabolism of mitocho ndria although the metabolism heat of sub-mitochondria-laccase system is almost the same as sub-mitochondria.
