We consider a system with electron-phonon interaction, antiferromagnetic fl
uctuations and disconnected open Fermi surfaces. The existence of odd-parit
y superconductivity in this circumstance is shown for the rst time. If it i
s applied to the quasi one-dimensional systems like the organic conductors
(TMTSF)(2)X we obtain spin-triplet superconductivity with nodeless gap. It
is possible to extend our results to a quasi two-dimensional case and to a
three-dimensional case.
