Abstract
Chromaton-N-super and Silasorb C-18 (SMT C-18) were compared as solid suppo rts for the direct determination of the immobilized beryllium complexes wit h eriochrome cyanine R by diffuse reflection spectroscopy. The advantage of Silasorb C-18 was shown. A detection limit of 0.0002 mug mL(-1) could be r eached in a 100-mL sample. The method was used for the analysis of real wat er samples.
