An overview of the different extraction procedures of fat-soluble vitamins
from human fluids, foods and pharmaceutical preparations is presented. Meth
ods using organic solvent extraction (both liquid-liquid and solid-liquid e
xtraction), supercritical fluid extraction and solid-phase extraction for t
