DEVELOPMENT OF PANCREAS

Pancreatic development is reviewed in man, mammals, and birds. Anatomi cal differences and differing topography of pancreatic excretory ducts are described ina series of mammalian species. Species differences ar e discussed with respect to their embryological significance.
