Abstract
Three new species of Stachybotrys are described based on specimens found on decaying leaves of Freycinetia and Pandanus from Australia, New Zealand, a nd Hong Kong. Seven other species are reported from the Pandanaceae, and co mpared with presently accepted species. A key and a synoptic table are prov ided to the 12 species of Stachybotrys now known from members of the Pandan aceae.
