Patients with Crohn's disease are at increased risk for developing ade nocarcinoma of the small bowel and colon, Although several cases of ga stric malignancy have been reported in patients with Crohn's disease, the association remains controversial, particularly because most patie nts have not had gastric Crohn's involvement, We report a patient with long-standing Crohn's disease, with gastric involvement, who develope d adenocarcinoma of the gastric outlet, We discuss the association and include a review of the literature.
