Abstract
In this paper, we describe the synthesis of new macrocycles containing one or two quinoxaline subcycle units within a polyether and thioether chain, w hich are susceptible to possess complexants properties, by condensation of the quinoxaline-2, 3- dithione with dichloropolyethyleneglycol under phase transfer catalysis conditions.
