Abstract
We report the case of a 60-year-old man who developed visual and cognitive disorders. Investigations confirmed the diagnosis of idiopathic hypereosino philic syndrome even though the patient had a history of rectal cancer. The clinical course was favorable after treatment. We discuss the different cl inical forms, imaging data and treatments of eosinphilic syndrome.
