Abstract
An efficient asymmetric synthesis of cis-aminochromanol was achieved in sev en steps. The absolute stereochemistry of cis-aminochromanol was derived fr om (salen)Co(III)-catalyzed phenol opening of methyl glycidate. (C) 2001 El sevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
