Abstract
Methylene sulfonoamide is used as a non-charged surrogate of the diphosphat e moiety to prepare an analogue of the fucosyl donor guanosyldiphosphofucos e of potential use as inhibitor of fucosyltransferases. (C) 2001 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
