The extended Hubbard model with pair-hopping (intersite charge exchange) in
teraction is studied. The effects of phase fluctuations on the s-wave super
conductivity of this system are discussed within the Kosterlitz-Thouless sc
enario. For two-dimensional (SQ) lattice the evolution of the superconducti
ng critical temperature T-c, the pair formation temperature T-p and the Uem
ura-type plots (i.e. the plots of T-c vs superfluid stiffness at T = 0) wit
h pairing strength is determined.
