Abstract
With proper patient selection and pretreatment techniques, multislice spira l computed tomography angiography can detect or rule out significant stenos es with good accuracy in assessable segments. Its high negative predictive value in patients with diagnostic image quality may make this method a clin ically useful noninvasive test and thus decrease the need for invasive angi ography.
