Abstract
A 10-year-old boy had a 3-month history of urticarial plaques and vesi cles, Histologic and immunofluorescence testing confirmed the diagnosi s of linear IgA disease, Immunoelectron microscopy revealed IgA deposi ts in the sublamina densa area similar to those seen in epidermolysis bullosa acquisita, Milia developed after resolution of the lesions, si milar to lesions of epidermolysis bullosa acquisita.
