Abstract
Egypt has good prospects to become the first country where an Integrated So lar Combined Cycle Power Plant will be implemented. Under contract with the national authorities for energy and World Bank the technical and economic feasibility of this BOO(T) project was analysed. Assuming a grant of 50 mil lion US-Dollar offered by the Global Environment Facility for the increment al solar cost of the project feasibility was assessed.
