Abstract
AC Scarlet is a high-yielding small red dry bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) cu ltivar. AC Scarlet is well adapted to the eastern Canadian prairies and yie lded significantly more than the check cultivar NW 63. AC Scarlet is suscep tible to white mold and susceptible to common bacterial blight.
