Abstract
Postinfarction ventricular septal rupture carries a poor prognosis with med ical or surgical treatment. We report on successful deployment of CardioSEA L septal occluder implant for postinfarct septal defect in a high-surgical- risk patient. (C) 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
