Abstract
The biotransformation of the fungal protein synthesis inhibitor sordarin is reported. Nine taxonomically diverse organisms supported the isolation and identification of twelve modified products, The structural diversity of th e biotransformation products observed and their value in supporting further chemistry is discussed.
