Abstract
A new method for solving Wigner-Liouville-type equations and studying dynamics of quantum particles in composite materials and disordered sy stem of scatterers has been developed. Approach combines both molecula r dynamics and Monte Carlo methods. Numerical results have been obtain ed for the frequency dependences of tensors of electron conductivity a nd permittivity according to quantum Kubo formulas.
