Abstract
The influence of the spin-glass phase formation of the (Cd,Mn)Te semim agnetic layers on properties of tile exciton magnetic polaron were inv estigated both theoretically and experimentally. The theoretical model offers a consistent description of the temperature dependence of tile exciton magnetic polaron energy in the vicinity of spin-glass transit ion and shows good agreement with the experimental data.
