Abstract
A unique patient who developed pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta after coronary artery bypass grafting is presented. This case is peculiar due to the presenting symptom being fever of unknown origin. It is the first descr iption of a patient on hemodialysis, who developed ascending aortic pseudoa neurysm.
