Abstract
Helical CT evaluation of the abdomen and pelvis can be challenging in the c ancer patient. This pictorial essay illustrates the important sites of neop lastic dissemination in the abdomen and pelvis. We will emphasize the class ic CT appearance of several selected sites and indicate, where appropriate, them primary lesions usually associated with each.
