Abstract
Two new steroidal alkaloids, along with a previously reported one of the pl akinamine class, were isolated from the sponge Corticium sp. collected from Guam. The structures of the new compounds were determined by combined spec troscopic methods. These compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxicity and anti fungal activity as well as DNA- and RNA-cleaving activities.
