Abstract
Perianal intraepithelial neoplasia is unusual. The risk of invasive cancer and distant metastasis from these lesions is low, making locoregional contr ol curative for most patients. There is a strong association between human papillonarization infection and these lesions, and continued surveillance i s necessary to evaluate for recurrent disease.
