Abstract
Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death from malignancies arising in t he female genital tract. Contemporary management of ovarian cancer, includi ng cytoreductive surgery and chemotherapy, is presented in this article. Th e roles of second-look laparotomy and secondary cytoreductive surgery are d iscussed. Various chemotherapeutic regimens are described, including intrap eritoneal chemotherapy.
