Abstract
The preparation of oligonucleotides containing 5-amino-2'-deoxyuridine , 5-N-acetamido-2'-deoxyuridine, 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine and N-2-substi tuted guanosine derivatives is described. In each case selection of th e appropriate protective group, synthesis and deprotection conditions is discussed.
