Abstract
The results of investigations of photoluminescence, time-resolved phot oluminescence, photoluminescence kinetics and their temperature depend encies are discussed for two types of ZrCdSe/ZnSe multi quantum well s tructures - for pseudomorphic and for strain relaxed structure. Densit ies of 2D localized states and averaged localization energies, as seen by excitons, are determined from tile photoluminescence kinetics meas urements. We slow distinct differences between exciton properties in t wo multi quantum well structures studied.
