Abstract
Thin films of superconducting TmBa2Cu3O7-delta have been deposited on (100) MgO substrates by pulsed-laser deposition. The zero-resistance t emperatures achieved were, typically, T(c0)=88 K and the critical curr ent densities, j(c) (77 K), in excess of 10(6) A/cm2.
