Abstract
We examined the effect of pravastatin on endothelial function in patients w ith coronary artery disease but without hypercholesterolemia. Our results s uggest that short-term treatment with pravastatin improves impaired endothe lial function in patients by mediating the increase in nitric oxide product ion.
