Abstract
To determine the prognostic value of changes in clinical status and exercis e performance, 375 patients who underwent 2 exercise thallium-201 tests 26 months apart were followed for 4.9 years. Worsening clinical status and mor e severe defects on thallium-201 images were predictive of outcome.
