Abstract
We consider bifurcation of 3D periodic orbits from the plane of motion of t he primaries in the photogravitational restricted three-body problem. The s implest periodic 3D orbits branch from the plane periodic orbits of indiffe rent vertical stability. We compute the first few such orbits of the basic families l, m, i, h, a, b, c for varying mass parameter and for varying rad iation coefficient of the larger primary. The horizontal stability of the o rbits is also computed leading to predictions about possible stability of t he 3D orbits.
